Standard Terms and Conditions

Scope

Our sales are subject to these general conditions. The seller, as mentioned below, refers to Synthwave Lasers. The buyer, as mentioned below, refers to the individual or legal entity signing and accepting these general conditions of sale.

These conditions apply exclusively to all sales concluded by the seller or its representatives acting on its behalf and for its principals. Any other general conditions bind the seller only after their express and written acceptance.

The buyer is deemed to accept these general conditions without reservation by placing any order or accepting any offer from the seller.

These general conditions may be modified at any time and without prior notice by the seller. These modifications are applicable immediately to all subsequent orders.

Orders

Any order placed is firm and final (if applicable, after payment of a deposit by the buyer if the payment conditions attached to the offer stipulate it). No order cancellation can take effect before the seller's express and written acceptance. Any modification of an order and any deviation from these general conditions will not take effect before the seller's express and written acceptance or formally included in one of its offers.

Sales offers are valid only within their specified validity period.

Price

The prices quoted are in euros, net of tax. Prices may be changed at any time and without prior notice by the seller. These changes apply immediately to all subsequent orders.

Shipment

Unless otherwise stipulated, deliveries are made from the seller's warehouses. In the event of delivery delays due to causes outside the seller's control, deliveries are deemed to have been made on the agreed date. In any case, the delivery times are indicative; the seller strives to meet them but cannot be held responsible for delays. Furthermore, no delay, delivery error, or technical advice shall give rise to claims for compensation related to loss of income or any damages whatsoever.

It is also strongly recommended to check your packages in the presence of the delivery person. In the case of physical damage, no claim will be accepted if the facts have not been noted on the carrier's receipt.

Warranty

The products are guaranteed by their manufacturer for 12 months following the purchase against any defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use of the product.

The following are excluded from the warranty: damage resulting directly or indirectly from inappropriate storage of the product; careless, negligent, or improper use; non-compliant commissioning, handling, or maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer, and any intervention performed by a third party.

Unless otherwise specified, the duration of the intervention performed under warranty does not extend the warranty period.

Service

In the case of a return, the buyer must provide their contact details, the reason for the return, and a copy of the proof of purchase. Additionally, they must request a return authorization (RMA). Otherwise, the seller may refuse the return.

Products must be returned to the seller’s address or any other location specified by the seller, in their original packaging and in good condition, after obtaining the return number, at the buyer's expense.

If applicable, the seller may charge the buyer for any reconditioning costs or any additional expenses incurred.

The return of products not supplied by the seller does not hold the seller responsible for any damages that may occur during the process.

Ownership

The transfer of ownership of the sold goods is subject to the actual collection of the full payment of its price by the buyer. This clause does not prevent the transfer of risks of loss and damage of the delivered goods to the buyer. Any delay in payment prohibits the buyer from reselling, modifying, or incorporating the goods.

Any failure by the buyer to fulfill their payment obligation, regardless of the reasons, allows the seller to demand the immediate return of the delivered goods.

In the event of judicial proceedings for recovery or liquidation, the buyer agrees to promptly and diligently inventory the goods they hold that the seller has claimed ownership of under this clause.

In the event of the buyer's default, the seller may have this inventory conducted by a bailiff at the sole expense of the buyer.
