Neon-Burst is our high-power laser system dedicated to material processing.
It embeds all the features for the newest and demanding applications: burst mode, temporal shaping, pulse/burst repetition rates and duration tunability, pulse/burst synchronizations, and high-power output power (60 W).
Perfectly suited for silicon, Carbide and Glass vias.
